Three CCSS Board Members Retire and 3 New Members Join

Last night’s board meeting was bitter sweet. Three of our board members are retiring, and Superintendent, Pamela Quimbley, honored them for their many years of dedication, commitment, and love for Calhoun County School System. They were each presented with a certificate as well as a plague to recognize and reward them for their hard work.

Superintendent, Pamela Quimbley, also introduced our new board members who will begin serving in January of 2025. The new board members will be Shawanda Brown, Kim Douglas, and Claud Buck. They are proud to become part of the cougar family and are excited to have the opportunity.
